Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing dtf-printers.co.uk. We aim to get your DTF supplies and trade prints to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Consumables (Ink, Film, Powder): Orders placed before 1:30 pm are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following working day.
  • Bespoke Trade Prints: Because these items are custom-printed to your specifications, incorrect artwork may delay your orders. Next-day orders placed before 1:30 pm are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the following working day.
  • DTF Printers & Hardware: Printers require installation and training from our expert engineers. Delivery will be arranged around customer needs and engineer availability.

3. Transit Times & Delivery Methods

We use reliable couriers including UPS and Evri. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 working days.
  • Express Delivery: 1 working day.
  • Pallet Delivery (Printers): By arrangement.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Starts from £5.79 + VAT
  • Express Shipping: Starts from £7.45 + VAT

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@1clickprint.com.

For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately upon arrival to assist us in making a claim with the courier.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
