Returns & Refund Policy

At dtf-printers.co.uk, operated by 1ClickPrint, we aim to provide the highest quality products and services. To ensure transparency, our return policy is divided into two categories: standard consumable products and bespoke trade printing services.

1. Right to Cancel & Returns (Consumables & Hardware)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard, non-bespoke items (such as unopened ink, film, or powder) within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Due to the sensitive nature of DTF consumables, we cannot accept returns for any products where the factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been tampered with.
  • Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

2. Bespoke Trade Prints (Custom Orders)

Our Trade Print service produces products to your unique specifications and artwork.

  • Exempt from Cancellation: Under UK law, goods that are personalised or made to a customer’s specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns for trade prints due to “change of mind” or errors in the artwork provided by the customer.
  • Faulty Bespoke Goods: If your prints arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please see Section 3 below.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Notification: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is an issue, contact us at info@1clickprint.com within 30 days.
  • Evidence: We may request photographic evidence of the fault or damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow this process:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@1clickprint.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. Shipping: Send the items to our returns department:1ClickPrint Unit 48 Dinnington Business Centre Sheffield, S25 3QX
  3. Return Costs:
    • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will provide a pre-paid return label or refund your reasonable postage costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
    • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
  • Standard Delivery: If you return a full order of standard goods within the 14-day window, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery.
