DTF transfer collections from our factory are also no issue. Please contact us to arrange.
Please upload artwork sized to 30cm x 21cm. PDFs are preferred but TIF, and PNG with transparent backgrounds are acceptable.
JPEGs don’t allow for transparency so we’ll do our best to remove the sheet colour although unexpected results may occur so, if possible, please do stick to PDFs.
CMYK artwork will give you the best colour accuracy.
If you are unsure about the artwork requirement please do get in touch.
Direct to film transfer prints (DTF transfer prints) are the latest in t-shirt printing technology. Although to say t-shirt printing, or even garment printing, seriously under states the number of uses for DTF transfers.
Similar to high end direct to garment printing (DTG printing) an industrial inkjet printer is used to print the design. DTF printers first print the colour layer on to a heat transfer film, then print the white layer where needed on top of that. The transfer film is then passed through a dedicated adhesive applicator and finally an oven to cure the prints.
The end result is a transfer ready to apply that needs zero weeding, zero pre-treatment and leaves zero residue.
The comparison between DTG prints and DTF prints is night and day. Gone are the weak whites and uneven colours. DTF prints are as bold and vibrant as a screen print but with colour range and detail of an inkjet art print.
DTF transfer prints are cheaper, faster and give vastly superior results when compared to DTG printers.
Quite simply there is no reason to run a DTG printer, and very few reasons to screen print or vinyl print, when DTF transfer prints are available.
Our DTF Transfer sheets are supplied in 30cm wide x 21 cm lengths. We offer significant discounts for larger orders and regular customers.
Our trained DTF print experts will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
Yes!
Most customers use this larger sheets size to layout multiple DTF transfer prints. The sheet can be easily cut down with scissors and will not leave any residue after pressing.
We encourage our customers to fit as many DTF transfers on each sheet as possible, even taking up any empty space with spare DTF prints.

Our DTF transfer prints are supplied ready to press. There’s no need to apply any further adhesive.
Simply trim the DTF sheet with scissors and place under a heat press @ 150C for 10 seconds with moderate pressure.
Allow the DTF transfer print a few seconds to cool before peeling off the transfer film. Finally repress for a couple of seconds with a cover sheet.
Excess film won’t leave residue so trimming the DTF transfer print is purely for convenience.
Simply get in touch and our print experts will answer any questions you may have over the phone or via email.
Our staff are fully trained on DTF transfer printing and also more than happy to demo our DTF prints to visitors.
A sample pack is also available so that you can test our DTF transfer prints.
Our DTF transfer prints use premium inks and are printed for quality not speed. Our experience is with fine art printing and we carry that over to our DTF transfer printing.
Our colours are carefully calibrated using a colour spectrophotometer to ensure that our DTF transfer prints are as accurate as possible.
The end result is a DTF transfer print with colours far more accurate than a process screen print. Our DTF transfer prints have a colour accuracy on par with the very best sublimation prints but without the limitation of only printing on white garments.
